I wanna say ol' Western gunman.

Heh. It began as a doodle of a moustache in class and evolved (grew a nose to adapt to its environment). Looks very much like Marvel's Dum Dum Dugan.

My third or fourth digital painting attempt with a tablet.

Hey yeah, i agree with naga-shesh. Apart from that it's all good :)

You multi-talented person!!!! You might want to consider illustrating as a career in the future :) besides being a journalist.

I'm feeling so left-behind now. Haven't even started using my tablet for digital painting yet. Been abandoning my deviantart for too long. hee..

Haha thanks. But usually I'm terrible with colours. I can't paint very well.

Y'know, I'm actually regretting my choice of journalism now. But I guess I should stick with it since God has brought me so far down this path.

I really love your drawings. Very nice and subtle tones, which make them very realistic.
But yes, you should post up your artworks, whether on your blog or deviantart!

Oh...i see. Well...like they say, practice makes perfect! You'll be more and more sensitive to colours as you go on.

Thanks thanks :P but those are all because of months of training from The One Academy and God's grace. hehe.. Plus..it's all just skills and copying. Nothing original about them.

Well...the thing is, the works i'm doing now is quite original and i've got confirmations that they're good. I'm quite afraid of other people copying it after exposing them to the world :P Probably wait until i've officially start work and go into the market and sell my work.

i know...sounds kinda selfish ay? =/

Very nice attempt,very harmonious colors and easy on the eyes.You have an animation look right there.Only thing i feel could be improved is the position of his cheekbones,its too close to his ear.Other then that you got a nice solid piece right there.
